Ticket-related questions

Q

Can I cancel purchased tickets?

A

Daytime pool tickets can be cancelled on the specified day until 12:59 PM, and night pool tickets can be cancelled on the specified day until 4:29 PM via My Page following the steps below. Cancellations cannot be made after these times.

[For customers who want to cancel part of their ticket (only for credit card payments)]
*Tickets paid with convenience store end-of-next-month payment (Kondo Payment by GMO) cannot be partially cancelled.

(1) Click on the "Yomilan Club" logo at the top of the page to go to My Page.
(2) Click the 'Ticket Cancellation' button in the middle of My Page.
(3) Change the number of each purchased ticket using the "Change the number" field to the number you want, then click "Change the number of purchases".
(4) Confirm the changes and click "Order Change Confirmation".
(5) After confirming the order change, an order change email will be sent to the registered email address.


[For customers who want to cancel their entire ticket]
*Both credit card payments and convenience store end-of-next-month payments (Kondo Payment by GMO) can be fully cancelled.
(1) Click on the "Yomilan Club" logo at the top of the page to go to My Page.
(2) Click the "Ticket Cancellation" button in the middle of My Page.
(3) Click the "Cancel Order" button for the ticket you want to cancel.
(4) Click "OK" to confirm "Are you sure you want to cancel this order?".
*Only date-specified tickets can be cancelled on the customer's screen. The "Cancel Order" button will not be displayed after the cancellation deadline.
(5) After confirming the order cancellation, an order cancellation email will be sent to the registered email address.

*The cancellation deadline and policy are set for each ticket. Please check the ticket details before purchasing.
*For convenience store end-of-next-month payment (Kondo Payment by GMO), please make sure to pay by the payment due date after using the facilities (we cannot refund after paying at the convenience store).
If you are not using the facilities, please be sure to cancel your ticket from the Yomilan Club My Page by the cancellation deadline.
If you do not cancel, we cannot cancel the claim from GMO Payment Gateway, Inc. Also, we only accept cancellations per payment unit (partial cancellations are not allowed).

Q

Can I change the reserved date?

A

No, the reserved date can not be changed. Please cancel your ticket and purchase a new one.

Q

What payment methods are accepted at Yomilan Club?

A

You can pay with a credit card, or use Kondo-Barai by GMO and pay at a convenience store at the end of the following month.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, JCB, DC, and American Express.
Kondo-Barai by GMO is a deferred payment service operated by GMO Payment Gateway Inc. that does not require membership or advance payment.
Payment in full for one month is made in a convenience store by the end of the month following the purchase (maximum monthly amount of 15,000 yen).
GMO Payment Gateway, Inc. will screen you each time you use this service.

Q

Is a separate ticket required for the night pool?

A

Yes, but only if you only use the night pool. (Ticket sales, cancellation policies, and other details are the same as for pool admission tickets and One-Day Passes with pool admission.)
Guests who use the pool during the day can continue to enjoy the night pool at no additional cost.

Q

Is it possible to convert an advance-purchased One-Day Pass from a convenience store into a pool admission ticket or a One-Day Pass with pool admission?

A

No changes are permitted. And refunds are not available at the ticket windows.
Please purchase a pool admission ticket or a One-Day Pass with pool admission through "Yomilan Club Official Online."

About Personal Belongings, Clothing, Etc

Q

I have a tattoo; am I allowed in?

A

Tattoos are not permitted in Pool WAI. Anyone with tattoos will be refused entry. Furthermore, those who are refused entry or ejected from the park will not be refunded or compensated.

Q

Are there size restrictions for sunshades and tents?

A

We’re very sorry, but sunshades and tents that exceed a height of 130cm or that do not collapse into a circular stored state are not allowed in. Furthermore, we reserve the right to not allow in sunshades and tents that are prefabricated or framed regardless of size. Chairs and tables are also subject to size limitations. Please refer to the "prohibited items".

Q

Can I bring my smartphone, cell phone, tablet, digital camera, or video recorder into the pool area?

A

These items can be brought in, but taking photos or recording video while swimming is prohibited outside of night pool hours.
However, photos and videos can be taken or recorded at the side of the wave pool or at Anpanman pool.
Furthermore, we reserve the right to stop photos or videos that may bother or inconvenience other guests.

About the Pool Area

Q

What should I do when carrying cash around the pool area?

A

We highly recommend keeping your valuables with you at all times. (Please be alert in case someone attempts to walk away with your belongings.) In addition, certain stores accept electronic payments and credit cards.

Do the stores in the pool area accept electronic payments?

A

Stores in the pool area do accept electronic payments. Prepaid transportation cards (Suica, PASMO, etc.), nanaco, Rakuten edy, WAON, iD, QUICPay, PayPay, and Alipay are all accepted. (Excludes certain stores)

Can I smoke in the pool area?

A

Smoking is prohibited along the poolside. The pool is contains a designated smoking area. Please refrain from smoking, including with e-cigarettes and other heated tobacco products, outside of these designated area.

Can I enter the pool area in regular clothes?

A

You may wear regular clothes if staying at the poolside. However, you cannot enter the pool to swim with regular clothes on. You can go up to the edge of the pool, but not enter.

Q

After you’ve opened the locker once, do you have to pay more to use it again?

A

The lockers within the facility are deposit-type lockers, so you can open and close the locker as many times as needed until you press the “お帰りボタン(return button).”

Is there a free shaded area?

A

There is. However, depending on the number of guests, the space may be completely occupied.

Q

The ground is hot, so is it possible to enter the pool area with shoes on?

A

We are very sorry, but admission while wearing shoes is prohibited. We ask that you enter while wearing flip-flops (without a heel).

Q

Are any flip-flops acceptable?

A

We are very sorry, but flip-flops with a heel are prohibited for the safety of our barefoot guests.

About Infants and Children

Q

Can infants enter the pool? Should they wear a diaper?

A

You are free to bring your infant into the pool. However, in accordance with the health department, children cannot wear just a diaper into the pool. Be sure that your child is wearing a swimming diaper with a bathing suit over the top when entering the pool.
Diapers are available for purchase from all goods shops in the pool area.

Q

Can I bring a stroller into the pool area?

A

Yes, you can. There is limited shade, so guests are welcome to use stroller for their children. However, please be sure to disinfect the wheels are the foot-washing station.

Q

Are there rentals for swim rings and strollers available?

A

In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infections, we are not renting life buoys. We are lending strollers at the entrance to the amusement park.

Q

Are there bathrooms available that are accessible for small children?

A

There are. Children’s toilets are installed in all of the women’s restrooms throughout the pool area. They are also available in the “amusement park passageway side” and “aqua seat side” men’s restrooms.

Are there nursing rooms available?

A

There is a nursing room in the information center.

Other Questions

Q

I won’t be getting in the pool; do I still need to pay the admission fee?

A

Whether they will be getting into the pool or not, guests must pay the admission fee to enter the pool area.

Q

Can I get in the pool and then go to the amusement park?

A

Yes, you can. There is a passageway connecting the pool area and amusement park, so please use it when moving between the areas.
