Scope
Article 1
These rules and regulations apply to guests who make use of Yomiuri Land Amusement Park and its ancillary facilities (collectively referred to as “the Park” hereafter) operated by Yomiuri Land Co., Ltd. (“the Company” hereafter).
Tickets
Article 2
- Tickets are required when entering the Park. Verification of tickets used for admittance to the Park may be required.
- Information on the handling of tickets (price and details of ticket types and availability dates) can be found on the Yomiuri Land Amusement Park Official Website (“Official Website” hereafter).
- Terms of sale as stipulated by each sales agency apply for conditions for establishing sales contracts, payment methods, delivery methods, and return policies regarding tickets.
- In the event fraudulent resale of tickets for profit is determined, the corresponding tickets and all tickets purchased by parties involved in acts of fraudulent resale (regardless of whether or not the tickets were resold) will be considered invalid. In such cases, the corresponding tickets and tickets made invalid cannot be used for admittance to the Park and, furthermore, will not be subject to the Company’s refund policy.
Precautions for Use
Article 3
- When using the Park, guests are required to comply not only with these rules and regulations but also with the precautions regarding each facility and each service at the Park (“facilities and services” hereafter), as well as the instructions of the Company and its employees (“employees” hereafter).
- Please review the precautions for using attractions on the Official Website before arriving.
Facility Information
Article 4
- Terms of use and business information for facilities and services can be found on signs at each location and on the Official Website.
- Terms of use and business information for facilities and services may be changed without prior notification.
- Some facilities and services may require use of Yomilan Club, advance registration at the Park, reservation via the Official Website, or payment via credit card. Furthermore, some facilities and services cannot be registered for in the Park on the same day as admission.
- Accepted methods of payment differ between facilities and services.
- Guests are responsible for any data transmission costs related to using Yomilan Club. Additionally, terms of use for Yomilan Club and Yomiuri ID apply when using Yomilan Club.
Park Schedule and Operating Hours
Article 5
- The schedule and operating hours of the Park, as well as closure information for facilities and services, can be found on the Official Website. This information is subject to change without prior notification.
- The operating hours for each facility in the Park differ by facility.
Park Admission
Article 6
- Admission to the Park requires tickets designated by the Park. (However, even with an appropriate ticket, admission may be denied due to limits on the number of guests allowed to enter the Park as stipulated in Article 11.) Furthermore, the services the Park will provide to guests will differ by ticket type.
- Admission to the Park is not guaranteed even if the guest has registered in advance or made reservations for Park services. Please purchase a separate ticket for same-day admission.
- Please follow the procedures designated by the Park when reentering the Park on the same day as admission.
Denial of Admission and Removal from the Park
Article 7
When guests fall under one of the following stipulations, they may be denied entry to the Park or removed from the Park. If they do not follow these procedures, they will be reported to the police or other relevant authorities.

(1) If any of the following apply:
- a. A person belonging to a criminal organization, a member of a criminal organization, a business or group connected to a criminal organization, any parties related to these organizations, or any parties belonging to other anti-social forces
- b. A person belonging to a company whose business activities are run by criminal organizations or other anti-social forces or other such organizations
- c. A person belonging to a company whose executives include those who qualify as members of criminal organizations or other anti-social forces
- d. A person belonging to an organization that collectively or habitually engages in actual violent illegal actions
- e. A person who is heavily intoxicated or nearly so
- (2) If it is determined that there is an administrative obstruction to the Park because of actual engagement in actions that cause considerable inconvenience to other guests or the likelihood that such will occur
- (3) If there is actual engagement in harassment of a Park employee or the likelihood that such will occur

Prohibited Acts
Article 8
- (1) Riding into the Park on a motorcycle or bicycle…
- (2) Playing ball games…
- (3) Smoking outside designated areas
- (4) Damaging facility equipment or decorations
- (5) Climbing or hanging from decorations or fencing and railing
- (6) Touching or feeding wild animals such as birds
- (7) Conducting unauthorized business…
- (8) Transferring or exchanging tickets…
- (9) Entering the Park fraudulently…
- (10) Using credit cards or electronic money fraudulently
- (11) Engaging in acts listed under item 3 of the previous Article
- (12) Disturbing the safety, morals, or order within the Park
- (13) All other acts causing disturbance to the operation of the Park
Prohibited Items

- Knives, explosives, items generally considered dangerous
- Drones and radio-controlled devices
- Glass bottles, cans, and alcohol
- Carts such as four-wheeled carts or wagons
- Pets and animals (excluding assistance dogs)
- Other items that may disrupt operations or cause inconvenience
